James McLean - Hurdles
A natural sportsman from a young age, James from Essex gave up a potential career in football to pursue athletics and made history in 2007 when he broke a 77 year old record held in 100m hurdles at the English School Championships. James is looking forward to continuing his athletic success and represent Britain at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
“Every athlete in Britain would love to picture themselves competing in 2012 and I am no exception. My long term aim and training plan is to build for those Olympic Games, so with all things going well I hope to see myself on the starting line for the final.”
