OEICs (Open Ended Investment Companies)
Invest in an OEIC fund
When you invest in an OEIC fund, your money is pooled with that of other investors. This means it can be spread across a far wider range of, for example, equities and/or fixed interest securities helping you to spread the risk to your money. OEIC funds offer the potential for growth or income depending on the fund(s) you choose to invest in.
OEICs at a glance
- Choose to make a single payment or invest monthly
- Easy access to your investment if required
- Switch between funds if you wish, although there is a charge for this
- Suitable for a medium to long term investment (at least 5 to 10 years).
Please note the value of your investment is not guaranteed and can go up or down depending on investment performance (and currency exchange rate changes where a fund invests overseas).
