This means it can be spread across a far wider range of, for example, equities and/or fixed interest securities helping you to spread the risk to your money. OEIC funds offer the potential for growth or income depending on the fund(s) you choose to invest in.

- Switch between funds if you wish, although there may be a charge for this
- Suitable for a medium to long term investment, for example at least 5 to 10 years.
