your individual information. You will need your customer ID,
PIN and date of birth to access your account. Please note: online
accounts are for current policy holders only.
For Scottish Widows Bank Customers
You can access your account information with our Internet Banking service.
Log-in
The first time you log-in to Internet Banking, you need to enter your Customer ID and Password (you'll be sent your Customer ID and Password separately by post to your home address). After entering this information, you'll then be prompted to change your Password and to create a five digit PIN Number.

If you do not already have a Customer ID and PIN you will have to register to use this service. To register please call 0845 757 3444. Our opening hours are 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday (Wednesdays 10am).
