Bulk data download

Request and retrieve bulk data downloads for your scheme in CSV or XML format. Choose one of 4 options

• Light download (CSV or XML) - product name, product type, member name, member date of birth, NI number, policy number, scheme name, scheme number
• Contribution list download (CSV only) - contribution type (gross or net), contribution amount, contribution frequency, payer
• Fund movement download (CSV only) - unit type (eg initial), unit price, number of units, value
• Rich download (CSV or XML) - the information in the above 3 options plus contracted-in status, title, marital status, policy status, policy value and fund breakdown

Scheme reports

Generate scheme reports in PDF format containing the following information

• Scheme membership profile
• Joiners and leavers within the last year
• Average scheme monthly payment
• Scheme investment profile
• Age group profile

• Simple online scheme-payment process
• Set up, amend, view and stop regular payments for specific policies
• Make a single payment to the policy
• Check or change bank or building society account details for direct debit payments
• Printable payment histories
• Variable direct debit collection ensuring total client control of premium submission

• Move into or change investment strategy/pension investment approach
• Change the funds currently invested in
• Redirect future regular premiums to alternative fund(s)
• Change the funds invested in over a period of time

View current fund value, value at any date in the past and the unit holding at selected dates along wih information on fund performance.

View full contribution history from outset of the policy, on a monthly basis (eg fund split, unit price and units allocated) over the period of time you choose.

Data upload 100% accurate with the data supplied.

• Process regular and single payments into the Self Investment Option for group scheme members
• Check the option has been added to your scheme's online section details and each member wishing to make a payment has been set up with a Self Investment Option
• Securely transfer a payment file for the Self Investment members online and use the file as the basis for the payment collection process
• Members wishing to self invest need to apply for the Self Investment Option through the scheme adviser or their own adviser
