Get more out of life with Flexible Benefits
You will be eligible to join our flexible benefit programme.
It’s worth a percentage of your annual salary (4% in 2006) awarded to you either to buy additional benefits or take in cash. It is paid in 12 monthly instalments along with your basic salary.
Benefits to suit everyone
We’ve used the massive buying power of the Lloyds Banking Group to secure some great deals for you. Lots of the benefits available have income tax and/or National Insurance breaks which reduce the amount of income tax and National Insurance you have to pay. So make sure you don’t miss out.
