RSS - Really Simple Syndication
What is RSS?
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and is often described as a news feed. By subscribing to feeds, their content will be gathered from the websites and displayed it in one place without you having to check the sites. You can think of it like a magazine subscription that is delivered to you periodically.
How do I use RSS?
To use it you will need an RSS Reader. There are many to choose from with a variety of features available, a good starting point is some popular free web based readers such as Bloglines or, if you have a Google account already, Google Reader. Some browsers have built in RSS readers, for example Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer versions 7 and above. To add the feed to a reader you have to copy the feed url (found in the address bar) and paste it into your reader.
